1964 Piper Cherokee 180 Single Engine Aircraft
For sale is a beautifully maintained 1964 Piper Cherokee 180 C, a single-engine aircraft that’s ready to provide reliable, enjoyable flights for its next owner. This plane boasts great avionics, a useful load of 1,002 lbs., and 1,635.4 hours since major overhaul (SMOH). The paint and interior are in good condition, reflecting its careful upkeep. I purchased this Cherokee in 2019 to achieve my ratings, and it’s been a fantastic, reliable training and personal aircraft. Now, as a full-time corporate pilot, I simply don’t fly it as often as it deserves. Maintenance has been handled with an open checkbook, with no expenses spared, and the complete logbooks (upgraded to the Adlog system in 2005) are meticulously organized and easy to read. The last annual inspection was completed in May 2024, and this well-loved plane is ready for its next adventure. I’m happy to share additional photos, or even better, come and see it in person—you’re sure to fall in love with your new airplane! Please note, the listed hours may increase slightly, as I still take her up from time to time.
