2009 Newmar Essex Model 4517 

Hi there! I'm selling my 2009 Newmar Essex Model 4517 with 4 PSO. I'm a motivated seller and need to sell it ASAP. The paint is Zodiac EX9-792 and the interior features Newport Cherry cabinets. I've owned it since 2009 and bought it with 33K miles, but it currently has 47,500 miles as of 10-31-2023. I'm happy to say that it's in excellent condition with only general wear over the years, and I've detailed it monthly. I also put new Michelin tires on it in 2023. It comes with an HD Sat Dish with Winegard and Apple Car play
