We have lived in this 2021 Cedar Creek Silverback 37MBH for 2 years and loved it. The attached video is the sales video for the exact model we have, including all the bells and whistles. The spaciousness of the living room/dining area/kitchen, combined with the high ceiling, takes visitors breath away. The high ceiling fan, full-size appliances, and electric recliners announce comfort, and if the electric fireplace is on, the effect is dramatic. There is an immense amount of inside storage both in the utility room and the bedroom. The utility room (under the loft slide-out) was an office for us with a piano, desk, printer AND coffee station, plus A small storage closet and large drawers. 3-years full warranty left 15-year warranty on roof from Cedar Creek (13 years left) Full arctic package Full-size electric refrigerator 4-burner gas stove, full-size oven built-in microwave Plumbed for washer/dryer Water can use propane, electric, or both (with both, tank reheats in 10 minutes) 2x a/c units Electric heater installed in bedroom is great propane saver. (We set the RV to 50, then closed the bedroom door and ran the electric heater. Works great.) Electric fireplace (also saves on propane) original mattress never used Ceiling fan in living room Ceiling air vents with fans in kitchen, loft, and bathroom Awning toppers on all slide outs Generator, propane (instant start from inside RV) 2x solar panels charge battery 2x 30lb. propane tanks on board Propane port for grill 4 cameras for use in towing or for security (back, both sides, door) Dual pane tinted windows Triple layered residential insulation Heated underbelly and tank heaters for black and gray tanks 4 years bumper to bumper warranty (2 left) 50 in. living room TV 32 in bedroom TV Wi-Fi extender (brings home or RV park internet into RV) Electronic control panel can be connected to cell phone Great speakers can play outdoor too (DVD/radio/cell phone as source) Blackout blinds on all
Windows easy-lift manual stairs (great feature, see video) 2 grey tanks, 1 blank tank auto-level automatic extend and retract awning with water dump feature We had to empty the black tank every 4 or 5 days, and the grey tanks sometimes more often, so they are not large. We have never used the onboard water tank, but it holds 40 gallons. The heating and cooling in the RV was awesome. We live in TN and endured 90+ temps and near 110 perceived temps, but the RV was always cool. Those blackout shades were a big help. When it got under 20 degrees, the floor was a bit cold. We never skirted the RV.
