This is a beautiful Rv. It is a Fleetwood Providence 40 foot 350HP cat engine. It has 27000 original miles. I bought this from a older couple that bought it brand new and I realized that it is bigger than I was comfortable to drive. The roof and awnings are in great shape. It has 2 bathrooms 1 is a large bathroom behind the bedroom with a washer and dryer combo. It has a sleep number bed. It has never been driven over the mountains except for when I drove it to my house. The couple I bought it from lived in Parker Colorado and had a ranch in Wyoming. That was the only place they took it.
