1970 Ford Mustand Convertible
This 1970 Ford Mustang Convertible is an iconic classic that has been carefully upgraded and restored. The 302 motor has been completely rebuilt with only 2,000 miles on it, featuring a 40 overbore, roller rockers, new springs, pushrods, lifters, and a balanced assembly. It also includes an Edelbrock 4-barrel carb and intake, along with a slightly hotter cam, oil pump, and oil pan for enhanced performance. The car is equipped with a new Powermaster chrome alternator, fresh belts, new wires, and plugs, and has just had an oil and filter change. Inside, you’ll find new scuff panels, new Pony mats, a new 3” tachometer on the steering column, and new Mach I door panels with lights, a major upgrade costing over $3,200. The car rides on four new BF Goodrich tires, with an older one as a full-sized spare. The body, finished in a Ford "red" that’s actually a striking maroon, has a few dings from its last repaint two decades ago but remains free of rust, with the right thrust box recently replaced. Additionally, the car comes with a new boot (if installed), making it an excellent example of a vintage Mustang with significant mechanical and aesthetic improvements.
