This 2022 Spartan Spray Foam Insulation Rig is a turnkey setup designed for professional insulation contractors looking for a reliable, well-maintained system ready to go to work. The rig is built into a 2022 Spartan 17’ double-axle enclosed trailer and is equipped with a PH-2 spray foam machine, 150-foot heated hose, Graco T3 pumps, and a Schulz ADS air dryer for consistent performance. Power is supplied by a Winco gas generator, supported by a Mi-T-M 420 Series gas air compressor. The trailer features an insulated ceiling with dual electric heaters, electric lighting, interior outlets, and 50-foot external plug-in capability for added versatility. Inside, the unit includes built-in shelving for materials and equipment supplies, along with a hinged workstation that closes to allow easy generator servicing. The equipment has been serviced and maintained according to specifications, with electric brakes still at approximately 50%, and all axle bearings greased last summer. With only 18 sets of barrels sprayed through the system, this rig is in like-new condition and ready for immediate use in the field.
