Condition:
Exterior: Excellent — no damage or wear.
Interior: Clean and fully functional. Lived in with 3 kids, so there’s some normal wear — one or two living room furniture pieces have marker stains that may scrub out. No mechanical or functional issues.
Fridge Note (Full Transparency):
The fridge cools and freezes perfectly. However, the factory never connected the defrost drain line, so instead of draining to the pan under the fridge, meltwater from the auto-defrost cycle drips into the freezer.
We’ve always just kept the water line off (never used it) and wiped up a small amount of water every few days.
To fully resolve it, the fridge would need to be pulled and the drain reconnected. It functions totally fine as-is.
Why We’re Selling:
We’re simply wrapping up our full-time RV chapter. The price reflects what we owe — we are not making a profit and are not interested in haggling. This is already well below what comparable 2024s are listed for at dealers.
