Powered by a reliable 115 HP John Deere 4039 engine—with no electronic controls or emissions complications—this burner runs strong and leak-free with only 1,956 hours. It features a new dual-thermostat system for added protection against overheating, ensuring one activates if the other fails. It’s also outfitted with an all-new Murphy automatic shutdown panel with emergency shutdown for overheating and low oil pressure, along with a new hour meter, fuel gauge, alternator, and Group 31 battery. Producing an impressive 20,240 CFM at 2.65 PSI (68” water column), it delivers over twice the airflow of most McPherson trench burners, with manifold nozzle velocities ranging from 16,000 to 20,000 CFM depending on RPM. The burner features a 30' x 3/8" heavy-wall custom steel air manifold with a quick-connect 20' plenum (12”x12”, 790 lbs)—built from thick, durable steel to withstand heat and impact better than standard gauge metal units. The engine is safely offset 25 feet from the burn pit, offering significantly more protection than closer-mounted units. A generous 85-gallon fuel tank provides a 3–4 day run time.
