This is a 2005 Mercedes Sprinter Van 158" WB Super High 73" Ceiling (Only 76,000 Original Highway Miles) converted to a "Combi Configuration" (Combination allowing use as a Camper or Full Cargo Van).

5 Cylinder Turbo Diesel 27 mpg Highway, 25 mpg City, 5 speed Select-Shift Automatic Transmission.

Designed for European roads, the vehicle is extremely maneuverable, and will U-Turn in a standard 2 lane highway. The van drives like a responsive car- After all it is a Mercedes Benz.

With the bunk folded up, the van will accept 4Ft X 10Ft sheetrock or plywood, and up to 16ft long dimensional lumber. Internal loading is up to 4000 pounds with Load E tires installed (as this one has). Tow rating US 5000 pounds (same exact van in Europe rated at 7500 pounds). Even with the Bunk Down, there's a LOT of internal storage room inside the vehicle. All structural tiedown D-Rings were retained (see photos) for safe use to transport cargo to prevent shifting load (if desired).

I am the original purchaser/owner, and I had it Insulated (all walls/ceiling) with rigid foil-backed poly insulation, then completely professionally paneled with Cabinet Quality Plywood. Interior ceiling has genuine Mercedes Insulated Ceiling Panels intended for Sprinter Passenger Vans. Electrical System incorporates relays and solenoids to operate the equipment, the auxiliary battery circuit, and trailer lights and brakes.

Custom $26,000 Conversion (removable in minutes to convert to huge cargo van) includes Galley Unit constructed of 3/4" Cabinet Plywood containing:

Microwave, Fridge, 2000 watt DC to AC Inverter, 12v Outlet (with Digital Voltmeter), Flush Toilet, NEW 100 Amp Hour Deep Cycle RV Battery with Isolation Relay, Fold Down Galley Table, Multiple Carbon Monoxide Indicators. 3 Storage Compartments, one with Utensil Drawer. Under Galley sits 100 Amp Hour Deep Cycle RV Battery in Case (Charged by Engine Alternator through Isolation Circuit). Large Roof Vent (Steel vent lid as plastic ones disintegrate in AZ Sun) w/ Electric Exhaust fan included.

Sprinter Van Alone was $33,000 + $26,000 Conversion Cost = $59,000++ with much additional done to the van long the way in upgrades.

Fold Up Bunk attached to right sidewall. Folds down against a 30" X 72" Storage Area. Storage walls can be removed in 2 minutes flat giving a full 13ft of unobstructed floor area with he bunk stowed against the sidewall. Attach the provided folding legs to the bunk. and it can be used w/o the lower storage container walls.

Van is equipped with $1300 worth of RV windows with Insect Screening and Opening Jalousie Windows so they can be opened in the rain. All windows equipped with blackout curtains on Curtain Rods to hold them Open if Desired, Also provided is a Blackout Privacy Curtain the fastens around the Cockpit Windows for 100% privacy.

Van is equipped with Factory Towing Package with Full Electrics (and van electrical system isolation circuitry) and Proportional Brake Controller (5000 pound US Towing limit, 7500 pounds in Europe).

Van has Factory Optional Comfort Seats with Inflatable Lumbar Support, and Parabolic Mirrors. Also equipped with optional Engine Electronic Oil Monitoring System (I changed the oil every 5000 mi w/ Mobil 1 Full Synthetic). Naturally used zero oil between changes.

Recent New Load Range E Tires, New Interstate Vehicle Battery, Recent Heavy Duty Brakes (drilled and slotted brake rotors) and Bilstein Struts (Improved ride and handling considerably). Runs, Rides, and Handles Beautifully.

Van was always garaged until 2 years ago. Paint is Absolutely Excellent, and the van has ZERO rust , ZERO Dents, Dings, or Paint Scratches. The vehicle looks almost NEW, and Runs and Handles like NEW. No accidents or damage ever.
