This 1965 Piper Cherokee 6 PA-32-260 is a promising project aircraft with 2,373 hours total time (TT) and 373 hours since major overhaul (SMOH). The prop has 70 hours, and recent compression readings are solid at 79, 72, 77, 78, 77, and 78. Located in the Bay Area at Byron Airport (C83), this aircraft has not flown since its last annual in 1999. The project includes several new parts already installed or ready to go, including a muffler, battery, Sky-Tec starter, rotors, brake pads, engine and electric fuel pumps, tires, and an ELT (Ameri-King AK-450 with D batteries).
