This 2022 Superior Telestacker features a heavy-duty truss design engineered for maximum strength-to-weight ratio. The main conveyor spans 80 feet with a 70-inch deep truss, while the stinger also measures 80 feet but with a 54-inch deep truss. Fully extended, the conveyor reaches 150 feet, powered by a hydraulic cable winch for efficient operation. The conveyor is equipped with a durable 3-ply 3/16" x 1/16" 330 PIW belting with factory vulcanized splices. Primary scrapers are Superior Exterra models on both the main and stinger. Superior idlers use CEMA C 5-inch diameter rolls with sealed-for-life ball bearings, ensuring reliable performance. The main load area includes the Superior seal system with 10-inch cartridges and steel rollers, complemented by a 35-degree trough on 4-foot spacing and steel can returns on 8-foot spacing. It also features a steel can troughing aligner on the main conveyor and a Superior Navigator on the stinger. Additional components include a rock box-style radial hopper, a 6-foot gathering trough with adjustable rubber flashing, and hydraulic landing legs for stability. Note that spray bars are not included.
