2014 Newmar Mountain Aire 4364

Immaculate garage kept and factory maintained coach - no expense spared. This coach was ordered with almost all available options. It comes with or without a matching 24' Car Hauler trailer. Price without trailer $249,000. There may be newer coaches but this is the one everyone talks about no matter where we go. This coach is turn key ready to go.

We love this coach, it is so easy to drive and you don't even feel the trailer behind you. The floor plan is great for entertaining. With the 2 opposing couches and the front seats turned toward the living area you can easily seat 8 - 10 people. The dinette booth has an extension that pulls out allowing comfortable seating for 6 people. Furniture was reupholstered in 2021.

All the windows have day and night shades. The lights and shades are electronically activated by push button switches strategically located throughout the coach. All the systems on the coach are controlled through the silver leaf touch screens. There are two screens, one by the front door and another in the master bedroom. Even the toilets are electronically flushed. On the outside of the coach there are electronically deployed window shades over all windows, slideout toppers, an awning over the door, and 2 Girard awnings that pretty much shade the entire passenger side of the vehicle. Did I mention that all of these systems are electronically and remotely controlled!

The master bedroom is huge and has a king size Sleep Number bed. There are lots of cabinets and drawers. We love the laundry room in the rear of the coach beyond the main bathroom. It has a washer and dryer, wall safe, cubbies, shelves, and cloths rod. Needless to say it has lots of storage. The tanks are huge and with the Oasis on-demand hot water system you never run out of hot water. It also provides hot water to the heaters throughout the interior and belly of the coach so when it is to cold for the heat pumps to work properly you still have plenty of heat. This works really good when you're driving without the generator on in the winter as well.

Michelin Tires on coach were replaced in 2021, trailer tires and brakes were replaced 2022.

Matching Car Hauler trailer is 2004, has 50 amp service, air conditioning, aluminum cabinets, side flood lights, electric jack, stabilizer jacks, indoor/outdoor carpet, and e-trac to secure car tires to floor. When we're camping my son uses this as his private hangout and sleeping area for him and his friends.
