We have owned our Phaeton for the past two years and have meticulously maintained, cleaned, upgraded, and polished the coach. There were a few issues with the coach when we purchased it such as a noisy dryer, non-functioning cab AC, and cleanliness. All of these items have been professionally repaired or replaced and the coach is in as close to new condition as we can make it. The drivers and passenger Flexsteel captain's chairs suffer from poor quality Ultra-leather, The seat cushion on the driver's side was replaced in 2022. The tires were all replaced in 2021 and there are currently about 5000 miles on them.
The chassis and house batteries were all replaced in 2021 as well and are in excellent condition. There are 4 years left on a transferable warranty that covers everything in the coach. The Phaeton includes the standard Tiffin equipment such as 380 HP Cummins diesel, full-size Maytag refrigerator, two ducted propane heaters, 3 AC units (front and back have heaters as well), outside TV, 10kW generator, back-up and side cameras, smart awning, washer and dryer, 4 slide-outs and 3 TVs inside. The optional QBH equipment includes heated floors throughout, a fireplace below the TV in the living room, an in-dash navigation system with a 2022 map upgrade, Dinette with a computer workstation and 4 chairs, a sofa sleeper with a new Air Dream mattress and king-size bed with a memory foam mattress. We have added a 3-stage water filter, water softener, tire pressure monitor, external grinder pump (for draining the tanks up to 100 feet away with a garden hose), Separate remote dish antenna and Wally receiver, propane quick connects with 10ft. hose, blow out kit for winterizing the coach, new water hoses, 50 ft extension cord, and a portable barbeque.
