This unit has been gently used due to the pandemic. After purchase we had everything checked out and we have continued to maintain it well. This includes the recent purchase of a new battery which included the installation of a new battery switch located on a brand-new electrical panel located by the door entrance for ease of use. This RV has a nice ride and gets better mileage than would be expected. It is stored in a fully enclosed RV unit, so it has been protected from the elements. This Class A RV has 2 slide outs (one for the bedroom and the other for the living room/kitchen). This unit sleeps 6-7 master has king-size bed, dinette, and couch sleeps 2, and one bunk above cabin. There are 3 TVs- one in living room, one in master bedroom, and one exterior TV. The Torque is 460, Horsepower is 320 and the chassis is a Ford F53. There is literally nothing to do except ride off to your next RV camping experience! The sale includes all kinds of additional camping equipment which will be included in this sale. Pls note we are selling this RV only because health issues have developed that keep us from continuing to enjoy this RV.
